American soprano Alyson Cambridge is one of the most diverse and compelling vocal artists on the scene today. She is hailed by critics as “radiant, vocally assured, dramatically subtle and compelling, and artistically imaginative” (The Washington Post) and is praised for her “powerful, clear voice” (The New York Times) and “revelatory, sensual, smoky readings” (Opera News). In addition, Ms. Cambridge will give a special performance as part of the Harriman-Jewell Series’ gala, Prelude 2018, on Monday, September 24. Ms. Cambridge will be joined by pianist Sean Rogers for the concert and the gala performance.
